Building the menu this week was a challenge. I’m running out of lunch ideas and trying to keep it quick and portable but still tasty and nutritious.

Sat: Sandwiches
Sun: Butternut squash soup with chicken skewers
Mon: Left over Butternut Squash soup
Tues: Left over Chili
Wed: Chicken salad with peanut dressing and carrots
Thurs: Cold Cuts and Cheese
Fri: Out

Sat: Chili with corn bread
Sun: Pizza Party (Birthday Party)
Mon: Pasta and Bolognese Sauce
Tues: Salmon on the Grill
Wed: Veggie Fajitas
Thurs: Buffalo Chicken Burgers
Fri: Pizza
